My journey was fantastic. The changing was incredibly convenient. The highlight was definitely the driving experience, thanks to the self-driving mode.

Bob was beyond prompt even though he received our request on the day of due to another unfortunate situation. He was extremely accommodating and patient. He was also very thorough with the walk-through of the vehicle. This was our first time driving a Tesla and my husband had only rode in a couple of them. This was an awesome experience for his birthday and considering he's interested in the vehicle as well. Thank you Bob and we'd definitely rent from you again. I'd give Bob and this ride a 10/10 if I could.
