I can honestly say overall “ A Great Man” extremely easy to communicate and contact, extremely helpful, very professional. I wouldn’t rent ANYWHERE ELSE.!

I had to bring the car back a day early cutting my concert plans short, the whole reason I rented it. There was a strong chemical smell in the car and I couldn't breath and lost my voice just spending 4 hours in the car. Almost had to cancel my plans. When I mentioned it to the owner he let me bring it back early. He said they use an ozium machine or something but offered no apologies. I couldn't use the ac in this summer heat.......Really threw a kink in my whole day running around to get a different car. There was no concern as to the chemicals effecting my health, only excuses how it doesn't effect anyone else. A little sympathy goes a long way. If you are sensitive to ozium I would avoid renting these cars. The car itself was good, just took a little getting used to with the hybrid features.

As mentioned in our messages, no chemical sprays were used—only a Turo-recommended ozone deodorizer, which leaves no lasting residue or odor.
