We are flexible but please do your best to arrive on time. Feel free to share your flight information incase your flight changes or we can not reach you while you are in the plane. 4) Car will be delivered with a full tank of gas, please return with the same full level or you will be billed for the missing fuel. 5) The car will always be delivered in a clean state. We disinfect between every trip. If the car is returned unreasonably dirty, you will be charged a cleaning fee. 6) Allow a few minutes for photos and pre-trip inspection. 7) Please be advised that is is a non-smoking vehicle. 8) If there's damage or if you have any issues doing your trip, let us know as soon as possible. 9) Communicate your return plans. 10) Pay your parking tickets and tolls right away or you will be billed later. 11) Make sure to leave a review at the end of your trip.
