Kindly ensure the prompt payment of all tolls and tickets on your own to avoid any penalties and fees. • Please note: this car is equipped with a security device that collects driving data. We are flexible but please do your best to arrive on time. Feel free to share your flight information incase your flight changes or we can not reach you while you are in the plane. 4) Car will be delivered with a full tank of gas, please return with the same full level or you will be billed for the missing fuel. 5) The car will always be delivered in a clean state. We disinfect between every trip. If the car is returned unreasonably dirty, you will be charged a cleaning fee. 6) Allow a few minutes for photos and pre-trip inspection. 7) Please be advised that is is a non-smoking vehicle. 8) If there's damage or if you have any issues doing your trip, let us know as soon as possible. 9) Communicate your return plans. 10) Pay your parking tickets and tolls right away or you will be billed later. 11) Make sure to leave a review at the end of your trip. I rent from Turo often and it is great but that was not the case here. I was a little upset about the host making me cover the cost of their parked car in the Economy lot. The car was so far I had to call an uber. The host was very unhelpful and not willing to answer the phone to answer questions. Car was out dated and not was was advertised!

Picking the car was complex got to go the parking garage level 6 and search for the car and parking is was massive once found it have to get the ticket and pay for the ticket and take it to level 3 a extra $5 that the host did not tell me and it was cash only once pay and get the go back to level 6 . To drive out got to make 6 turn . Other host before park there car local somewhere get key and go this is a lots of work
