1) Tell us why you are renting. What do you need the vehicle for? 2) Check the extras being offered to see if there is something you may be interested in. 3) Keep us informed about your arrival. We are flexible but please do your best to arrive on time. Feel free to share your flight information incase your flight changes or we can not reach you while you are in the plane. 4) Car will be delivered with a full tank of gas, please return with the same full level or you will be billed for the missing fuel. 5) The car will always be delivered in a clean state. We disinfect between every trip. If the car is returned unreasonably dirty, you will be charged a cleaning fee. 6) Allow a few minutes for photos and pre-trip inspection. 7) Please be advised that is is a non-smoking vehicle. 8) If there's damage or if you have any issues doing your trip, let us know as soon as possible. 9) Communicate your return plans. 10) Pay your parking tickets and tolls right away or you will be billed later. 11) Make sure to leave a review at the end of your trip. • ✈️ CONVENIENT PARKING AT BOS

  he economy parking lot at BOS allows you to park and exit quickly for FREE! You will head over to the ECONOMY garage. Do not enter the regular entrance for self park, unless that’s where the bus drops you. If you are in the self park garage, head to the far corner, look at the map there. If you are in a rideshare heading to the parking lot, there are small signs on the road saying "CAR SHARE." You'll see an open gate that says “STATE POLICE PARKING” this is the lot you want to pull into. BOS airport allows us to run pick up and drop off our turo cars in the same lot that is state police parking.

• Does vehicle have tracking device?

  Yes! All our vehicles carry GPS tracking devices and monitor speed, excessive acceleration and breaking.

• Reservations between 11pm - 7am?

  Reservations starting between 11pm - 7am need to be made with at least a 5-hour notice.

• What if I am in an accident?

• How do I purchase a Protection Plan?

  Once you book your trip you can add Turo's different protection coverages via the extras at check out or you can purchase coverage through our third party service once you confirm your reservation

• Tolls? (Does this car have an EZ Pass)

  The plates are registered to my Massachusetts EZ Pass account. You will receive a bill for any tolls post trip.

• Where do I pick up the car at Logan Airport?

  Turo requires us to park our cars in Logan’s economy parking lot which is quite easy to find. When you get off your flight follow the signs to ground transportation/baggage claims. Outside of each terminal there is a shuttle bus service that runs every 5 minutes. You will need to take the route 88 shuttle to the economy parking lot. Ill send a picture where the car is parked the day of your pick up!

• Who is responsible for parking fees?

  If the guest does not follow instructions or reads street signs and is given a parking ticket, the guest will be responsible. If the guest does not pay the ticket right away, we will pay it and request reimbursement.

• ✈️ How far is the vehicle from Boston Logan International Airport?

  You can just add delivery to your booking and we will deliver the car to you. Feel free to share your flight information incase your flight changes or we can not reach while you are in the plane.

• How to use lockbox? 🎛️

  Installation and Use: 1. Attaching to a Car Window: • Open the car window. • Place the lockbox hook over the top of the window frame so that the lockbox hangs outside. • Carefully roll the window up to secure the lockbox in place. Ensure that the lockbox is firmly attached and will not slide off. 2. Using the Lockbox: • Enter the set combination on the push-button panel. • Press the “Open” button to unlock the box and access the contents. • After use, close the cover and reset the combination by pressing the “Clear” button. • ✈️ Do you offer airport delivery?

  We do offer airport delivery and this does include pick up as well as drop off. Boston Logan International Airport however only allows pick up and drop off in a parking lot/garage located less than 5 minutes away from the terminal. Free shuttle service is available 24/7 to and from the garage.

• Do you offer delivery?

  We also offer delivery of the car which includes pick up as well as drop off for $120 to any address within a 25 mile radius from our home address located at 34 Clubhouse Ln, Wayland, MA 01778.

• Will the car be disinfected?

  Of course, the car will be disinfected as per Turo's guidelines before every trip. And we use an ozone machine to provide optimal cleanliness of the vehicle.

• How are tolls expenses handled during the trip?

  The vehicle is equipped with an EZ Pass on the front bumper. A week after the trip ends Turo creates and invoice, the host reviews the expenses and an invoice is sent for payment. There is no additional charge or convenience fee for this service.

• Do I have to pay for parking at the airport?

  When renting from Logan Airport, please note that parking in the Car Share lot is free. However, this lot can become full, though it typically turns over quickly. To ensure a smooth experience, please allow ample time to find a spot and make your flight. If you choose to park anywhere other than the Car Share lot, you will be responsible for any parking fees incurred. Additionally, an "Improper Return" fee may be assessed in certain instances. As guest arrival times can vary, we will not be available for in-person vehicle returns. We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines to help us manage parking efficiently and avoid any unnecessary charges or delays.
