This vehicle is personally one of my favorites to drive. Smooth cruising and gas efficient. If you have any questions about a feature or functions just say “hey Mercedes” … to get her attention “how do I?…” and she will answer and give you step by step instructions or will adjust or do the task for you…. lighting, car heaters, temperature or even tell you a joke if you ask for one 😂. Basically she is at your command. Try it out and ask away, I’m 1000% there’s many features I haven’t discovered. As a reminder, EZ Pass transponder is included in the vehicle for your convenience but guest is still responsible for toll fees. If you do decide to use tolls, you will get the invoice about a week after your trip’s end date. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED to bring your own transponder per TURO policy. Transponder number is: 01005924473 Keep in mind, when picking up from paid garage parking (airport or hotel), guest is responsible for parking fees. When guest returns it, host is responsible for paying for parking fees. Vehicles will generally be dropped off at pick up location about 30 minutes prior to trip start time. So this was my first trip with Turo and I have to say the hosts were amazing, very responsive, and left such detailed instructions.

Other than the marijuana smell in car on the first day of pickup. This car was perfect size to rent for my Birthday weekend. Toro immediately offered to exchange or switch vehicle, but I refused due to the distant I travel to pickup the car. And I didn’t have time. It drove beautifully and great on gas mileage. I will rent again in the future.
No excuses. Thank you for bringing this up to us and this is the reason why we don’t want people smoking in our vehicles. We will do better to ensure they are odor free.
