How do I use the Supercharger network?
Simply park and plug in your vehicle using the connector at the Supercharger post. Once plugged in, the vehicle's charge port LED will flash green to indicate that charging has started.
How should I plan a trip using Superchargers?
The car’s built-in Trip Planner will automatically route you through Superchargers on the way to your destination. In addition, all Supercharger locations are displayed in your car's Navigation to assist with route planning.
How much does it cost to use a Supercharger?
$ 0.28 per kWh So on this vehicle it cost’s approximately $12 to fill from empty.
What are idle fees?
Idle fees apply to any car occupying a Supercharger if the station is at least 50% full and once the charge session is complete. If the car is moved within 5 minutes of the charge session completion, the fee is waived. Idle fees cost up to $1 per minute with no maximum. You are responsible for any Idle fee’s you incur.
How can I avoid causing damage to the battery?
Just like a diesel engine, if you deplete the fuel source on a lithium ion powered EV you will do damage to the vehicle. For this reason, ensure that if the remaining charge falls below 10% that you are en route to a Supercharger.
What is Autopilot?
Enables your car to steer, accelerate and brake automatically for other vehicles and pedestrians within its lane. Autopilot is not full self driving. You are ultimately the liable party if something happens. Currently, it does not stop at stop signs or red lights. It also will not avoid obstacles in your path. Having said all that it is an awesome feature and makes long drives a breeze.

Best car ever! Rented for my sons birthday and Dan was so great. He was thorough and flexible and made sure that I knew everything I needed before I drove off. My first experience using Turo and it was amazing.

Beautiful vehicle, absolutely! I paid for delivery and it was, on time, freshly washed (although a little spotty). We needed closer chargers because by the time it got to me it was a little short of the promised 200mi. Dan is excellently knowledgeable of his car and happy to share any knowledge upon request. He didn't drop the car off and leave me hanging with this new technology I don't know how to use. Truly an amazing experience thanks so much to Dan and his family for providing a wonderful opportunity and great mode of transportation 🤠!!
