This was my first time using this service. I couldn’t be happier with how easy the process was, but couldn’t be more thankful to how easy the car owners made it for me. They walked me through each step, answered all my questions, and were nice enough to stay in contact. As a big guy, I liked that the car was bigger on the inside, than it appeared on the outside. It can comfortably accommodate 2 people my size & our carry on luggage too. If there was a sixth star, I’d give it too.

I was not going to write a bad review but I only feel it’s right. I felt very uncomfortable and felt like I was being threatened. Telling me “don’t try to fix the car if you hit something because you won’t get away with it I’ll find out.” And so on… I got a lecture by the host as if I was some stupid irresponsible person. I really just needed the vehicle for work family errands. Overall beautiful car had one myself. But afte this experience I won’t bother with this host ladies if you go take another man with you maybe you won’t get a lecture like I did.
