Per Turo policy, guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle that occurs during the trip. Please do not smoke in the vehicle. No pets are allowed in the vehicle. Please let us know immediately if you are in an accident or if there are any mechanical issues with the vehicle. Please do not wash the car. Please do not charge the car to 100% unless you are about to take a long trip. Charging the battery to 100% consistently or leaving it with 100% charge is not good for the battery. The charging rate will be set to 85% when you receive the vehicle. For more details about range and charging, check out the link below: https://www.tesla.com/support/range All EV charging costs incurred during the trip are the responsibility of the guest. When using a Tesla supercharger, the charges will be assessed at the conclusion of the trip. You will receive the vehicle with 80% charge. For trips lasting longer than two days, we can charge it to 100% upon request if the request is received at least 24 hours prior to the trip start time. In order to avoid being charged fees, please return the vehicle with at least 70% charge unless you purchased the prepaid EV recharge option. With that option selected, the vehicle needs to be returned with at least 15% battery to avoid charges.

This was our first time using Turo. It was outstanding! Hellen is an excellent host, very responsive, beautiful car. We had a blast and honestly this was 100 times better and easier than renting a car from a big name car rental company. Will definitely be using Turo again and would “rent” from Hellen any day!
