Expect the vehicle you are renting to be clean, sanitized, and have a full tank of fuel. Our goal is to give you the best rental experience you could have! 1) Please return the vehicle as clean inside and out as you received it. If returned with excessive trash, foul odors from smoking, pets, food or drugs, etc, Turo charges up to a $250 cleaning fee, according to their TOS. 2) Please return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. If the Prepaid refuel option is not selected, and the vehicle is returned without a full tank, Turo will charge for the fuel and a reimbursement fee. 3) Absolutely no pets, no smoking, no drugs, please. Turo charges up to a $250 pet and/or smoking fee if in violation. 4) If you plan to give the vehicle a car wash, which is greatly appreciated, please don't manually wash it, that can cause excessive scratching. 5) Please be careful when parking close to a curb, also exercise caution when going over bumps, low spots, and driveways the front of the car is very low and the front valance will scratch and scrape easily if hit. 6) All amounts for tolls, parking violations, and notifications are time stamped. Any charges incurred during your rental period will be billed to your account by Turo with an additional processing fee of $5. Deliveries to any airport locations will be left with a lockbox. Guest will be responsible for any/all parking fees.
