Description

Welcome to the future of driving! Gas prices are averaging $3+/gallon, but that will be of no concern as you cruise the streets of ATL in this all-electric Model S. But this isn't just your typical electric vehicle -- you will be cruising in what is in every sense of the word, a luxury sedan! Enjoy features that many drivers come to Tesla for, such as: Autopilot 280+ miles of range per charge 0-60mph in under 4 seconds (to put that in perspective, a 5.7L 8 cylinder Hemi, as nice as they sound, takes 4.9 seconds to achieve this) Large 17-inch LCD screen Full glass roof Navigation 63.0 cubic feet of total cargo space (to put that in perspective, a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee has approx. 68 cu.ft) - Contactless delivery available - Masks available upon request There is so much to like and enjoy about driving a Tesla, and we want to help you make the most of the experience!

Guidelines

No pets No smoking I pride myself in keeping 'Tessie' clean for my guests. I kindly ask that you return the favor and return her clean (no need for car wash unless excessive dirt, mud, etc is visible). Please return with at least 70% state-of-charge to avoid additional fees. If time is a factor here, I offer the Prepaid EV recharge extra for peace of mind (just return with at least 50 miles of range). Airport deliveries: If you need the car waiting for you at the Atlanta airport, I can have this arranged by parking the car in the hourly/daily lot for the relevant terminal. Please note that this will incur a parking ticket that must be paid to exit the garage. This ticket should be no greater than $19.

Faqs

  • Where are the chargers?

The infotainment screen's navigation will show you nearby Superchargers, indicated by the red lightning bolt icon. You can also visit Tesla's site below to see all available and future locations. https://www.tesla.com/supercharger

  • Can I charge at non-Tesla chargers?

Absolutely! There are quite a few malls and other businesses in the surrounding ATL area that offer free charging via Volta. Additionally, you may also find charging through EV vendors like ChargePoint. Typically, these require an adapter prior to connecting, but we have any adapter you could possibly need available inside the Tesla bag located in the rear trunk.

  • Why does the car brake so hard when I come off of the gas pedal?

What you are experiencing here is regenerative braking. Basically, the car is turning what is usually lost/wasted kinetic energy from standard gas-powered cars, into energy that goes back to the battery pack, that can be used for future acceleration. You won't notice the difference much, but it certainly makes Teslas less inefficient. If it is too uncomfortable, you can change this in your driving settings.
