Terms of Usage & Fees with Ballerz Club Rentals 1. 🧼 Car MUST be washed and vacuumed upon return. Vehicle interior must be returned without glitter, sand, stains of any kind, trash, or food waste remnants. Interior should closely match condition it was delivered - See Trip photos from vehicle delivered. The car can be slightly dirty on the outside upon return, however, failure to restore the vehicle interior at the time of return will result in an Excessive Cleaning fee of $150. 2. ⛽ Premium gas only (91+). When the "Prepaid Refuel" option is not added to the Trip, the vehicle must be returned at the same gas tank level or more. Failure to return vehicle at same fuel level at drop off / customer pickup will result in gas charges in conjunction to a inconvenience fee of $10. 3. 🚭 Absolutely NO SMOKING. You will incur a $250+ charge if this rule is violated and residual smells are present. A separate $200 Burn Repair & Stain Removal fee is added when applicable. See the entirety of Trip Photos. 4. 🐕 🐈 A "Pet Fee" of $100 may be added when the vehicle is returned with animal hair or related staining, odors, or soiled interior if "Pet Fee" was not added in the trip. 5. Vehicle is monitored for driving behaviors including but is not limited to, speed limit thresholds, acceleration, braking, steering, collision, location, vibration idling, and trip start/end times. 6. Excessive speeding will trigger remote disabling and add the cost of towing to your Trip. 7. Removing or Tampering with vehicle monitoring devices/ transponders incurs a $200 Reprogram Fee and additional reimbursement fees if a device is returned damaged. 8. The Primary Driver must be physically present before and after each trip. The primary driver must provide a physical driver's license before the trip begins and notify if there are any other drivers at any time. Failure to add license photos to Trip or add additional driver(s) will result in your Turo account being flagged and/or suspended. 9. A standard repair fee of $155 per wheel will be added in the event the vehicle is returned with curb rash/wheel damage not present at vehicle delivery. For reference, see Trip Photos which will visibly show wheels' condition. 10. Vehicle equipped with GPS tracking and behavior monitoring. 11. 👮 Follow all traffic laws and directions from law enforcement officers. Excessive speeding (20+ mph above speed limits) may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of the remainder of your reservation. 12. Airport Deliveries: If the flight is delayed and the vehicle has to be left at the airport parking lot, the customer is responsible for the parking fee (Fee typically ranges from $2 - $20 depending on length of parking)

• How to open and close the hard-top convertible?

  A hard-top convertible gives you the comfort and quiet of a regular sedan with the benefits of a convertible. BMW lets you open and close the top with the key or by pressing a button inside the car. Step 1 Turn on the radio so the battery is engaged, or turn on the engine. Step 2 Fold down the cargo partition in the trunk and lock it on both sides. If the cargo partition is not down, there will be no place in the trunk to store the convertible top. Step 3 Press the convertible button forward to open the top. It's located under the circular control button on the consul. The button has a picture of a window with one arrow pointing up and another pointing down. Step 4 Pull the convertible button backward to close the top. Use your key to open or close the top when you are outside of the BMW but still close to it. Press and hold the arrow button on top of your key to open the top. To close the top, press and hold the "Lock" button. The car does not need to be turned on to operate the top with the key.
