Easy convenience on auto rental

Car quality was ABSOLUTELY poor! AC didn’t work called host and politely asked for some kind of either refund or another car and he IMMEDIATELY went and said “I know where this is going just bring the car back and I will cancel you which wasn’t feasible at all! I kept the car out of necessity ONLY!!!
