If pick up is after business hours this will be a REMOTE pick up, Turo requires one extra step for handing vehicle keys over, take picture in front of vehicle license plate (example in trip photos of picture uploaded needed). Once uploaded and is confirmed vehicle is unlocked remotely or key lock box code is sent via Turo messaging.

I'll start by saying staff is helpful and friendly. My last rental attempt they canceled the car about 30 minutes before pickup, telling me it had an issue. Offering me another vehicle, I declined.
So this time around I rented the vehicle, checked within the previous day on the condition of The vehicle and they said it was ready to go. Then 50 minutes before I was going to pick it up they told me that vehicle had an issue, but they had a different one for me.
I did take this one because I needed the vehicle, but ended up returning it a day early, because it started the rain and the wiper blades were not the right ones for the vehicle and did not work.

Car quality was ok. It’s a 2010 so it’s going to have a few issues. The company/ people were very accommodating though and easy to work with, as I had to change flights and dates I had car multiple times. No issues and would use them again.

The rental had to be returned as there was an exhaust/fuel leak that was permeating inside the car. The smell was too much. I was told that they had taken it into a shop and completed a service for this issue, but it seemed that it was not fully resolved. That said, they were very understanding and helped me to reach out to Turo to get me into another car. I was not charged for the day.

The car had an exhaust leak, all you could smell was fumes. Drove it 10 minutes home parked it and never drove it again. The stereo doesn’t work, I tried for 15 minutes at the shop I picked it up at and couldn’t get it going. No place to charge my phone, rips and cigarette burns you can’t see in the pics. It’s an automated messaging system they have so me and Turo waited forever to hear back from them. I finally just got my refund after battling for a few weeks. 0/10
