Does the car need to be Charged at any point?
Since the vehicle is Hybrid, this would not require the driver to charge the car at all! The car will charge itself as it drives and switch between fuel and battery based on the efficiency it finds.
Is it normal for the Vehicle to not make any sound when turned on?
Yes! The vehicle will sometimes not seem like it is on when the key is turned on. This is the vehicle using its battery while operating at slow speeds (reversing and engaging motion). Sometimes if the battery is low, or temperatures are colder it will start the engine initially. However, most times it will use the battery to begin when starting up.

Decent car. Audible vibration that he said he'd address. Surprised tha twe had to pay $75 airport fee AND airport parking on top of that. Said he'd send us a refund for the parking but it's three days after the trip and no refund.
