You will enjoy driving this vehicle equipped with great features: cruise control, power doors and windows, remote keyless entry, USB input, Bluetooth compatibility, and a backup camera. We go the extra mile to clean and sanitize the car before and after each trip as if our family will be using it next. The interior space is cleaned with trusted ANTI-BACTERIAL solutions recommended by the EPA to fight viruses including the virus that causes Covid-19.

Guidelines

Our vehicle is available 24/7 and we offer contactless check-in and return. We ask that you send us a picture of your Drivers License (You can send it in a message or upload it to the trip photos) so we can begin the process of checking you in before your arrival - this will speed up the check-in process once you get to the vehicle. The vehicle is equipped with a keyguard lockbox that secures the key. We will give you the access code to unlock the key-guard once you are at the vehicle and we’ve received and validated your Drivers License information. There are specific instructions listed in the pickup and return section for a seamless process. **Mileage Allowance** Please pay attention to the daily mileage allowance for our vehicle. Mileage overages are detailed in your reservation and are charged on a per-mile basis. **Vehicle Cleanliness** Please keep the interior of the vehicle clean. Pets are allowed, but we ask that you keep them in a crate while in the vehicle to avoid any issues with allergies. Please clean the pet hair left behind. If there are significant amounts of pet hair, there will be a cleaning fee. Please remove excessive trash from the vehicle to avoid additional fees. ***Fueling*** The vehicle will have a full tank of gas. Please return it with a full tank of gas to avoid additional fees. If you choose not to fill up the gas tank, you will be charged the cost to fill up the gas plus an additional $10 inconvenience fee. If you select to prepay for gas, we will not charge additional fees if you return the vehicle without filling the gas tank. The 'Prepay Refuel' option is under the 'extras' section. ***Guidelines*** 1. Must be 21 years of age or older to rent this vehicle and provide a valid Driver’s License. Only those drivers listed on the reservation may operate the vehicle. 2. Tobacco use and smoking of any kind are not permitted inside the vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, chew, dip, snuff, snus, vapes, e-cigarettes, pipes, also to include any substance considered illegal to the State of Alabama. This list is not all-inclusive, any suspected violation will be subject to repayment of any and all costs associated with decontamination and detailing of the vehicle’s interior. Smoking fee fines will be $250. 3. Pets are allowed, but we ask that you keep them in a crate while in the car to avoid any issues with allergies. Please clean the pet hair left behind. If there is a lot of pet hair or odor left behind, there will be a cleaning fee. 4. You will receive the vehicle clean, sanitized, and with a full tank of gas. Please remove excessive trash from the vehicle and return it with a full tank of gas to avoid additional fees. 5. Renters are financially responsible for any wear and tear to the exterior or interior of the car during the rental period. 6. Please let us know if you intend to go out of town with the vehicle. 7. Please notify us if the vehicle incurs any damage while under your care. **Basic Maintenance Notice** If you notice anything like a low tire light, check engine light, wiper blade coming apart or anything that needs attention, please let me know immediately. I want to give you a 5-star experience and also give 5-star care to the vehicle. If anything on the vehicle needs attention please let me know ASAP. **Tips for a great experience** Take pictures to document things like mileage, gas gauge, and anything on the exterior you see that needs to be documented and upload it to the trip photos using the app. If there are scuffs on the car that are pre-existing to your rental, please document them by taking pictures. The pre-trip pictures protect you and us if you go over miles, return it with an empty tank, or return it with damage to the exterior. We will both have pictures from the start of your trip and there will not be any discrepancies we are unsure of at the end of the trip. **Late Arrival Notice** Please return the vehicle on time. Other renters may be waiting on that vehicle. You can submit an extension request at any time during your trip. If you are going to be late returning the vehicle, please let us know so we can take the appropriate measures to make sure the next guest won’t be affected and we can adjust our schedules. You will be charged the following fees if you have a late return: • 0-29 minutes late: No Charge • 30 minutes to 1 hour 59 minutes late: ½ the average daily trip price and $50 improper return fee. • 2 hours or more late: Average daily trip price for 1 day plus $20 late return fee and $50 improper return fee. Please read the ‘Late Return Policy’ for more information and communicate with us if your plans change or you will be late. ***Satisfaction Guaranteed*** We do everything possible to make EVERY renter have the best experience.
