How do I pick up the vehicle?
We provide contact free access via lock boxes or in person hand-off, depending on the pickup/drop off location.
Can I return low on gas?
We understand that renters might be in a time crunch or forget to fill the vehicle back up. We have prepaid gas option in extras to accommodate for this. In the event that prepaid gas is not purchased and the car is returned lower than received, Turo charges a premium for refueling.
How do I pay for Tolls?
If there's no transponder in the vehicle, we will bill back tolls once received from toll authorities.
Can I smoke in the car?
Our cars a smoke free. NO SMOKING PLEASE.
I'm late or need more time with the car.
If you anticipate being late, please contact us in advance so we can approve any update to your new time. You can request additional timing to reflect your new arrival time.
How do I contact my host?
You may contact us through the app messenger. A phone number will also be provided after booking.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are OK. Please use the pet fee in extras so we can neutralize the car for the next renters. We also require that pets be in carriers, which we provide with the pet fee extra.
