FAQs
Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
All customers are responsible for returning the car with the same gas level as when they picked up the vehicle. If not, the cost of gas +$10 inconvenience fee will be applied. Customers may also add the trip extra "Prepaid Refuel" when checking out and return the car at any fuel level. ( 93+ PREMIUM FUEL ONLY )
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Customers are not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150
Gas lid won’t open?
If the car is not unlocked, it will not let you pop open the gas lid.
Is there smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell of smoking we will report to Turo. Turo can charge up to $150 for detail and cleaning services.
