Needed a mechanic less than 24 hours into trip due to battery connection issue. Car was making noises entire trip. Car wasn’t cleaned 100% when picked up. Tire pressure not working correctly. Oil sticker on car was 2 months old and about 2,000 miles over due. Car was almost on empty when picked up. Left the cars gas level much higher than when picked up and cleaner than it was. Host seemed very nice when I talked to him!
Hi William, thank you for your detailed feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t ideal. The vehicles oil was changed at 83,000 miles and the car is currently at 85,000 miles-well within safe limits. Regarding the battery issue, it appears the battery was drained after the vehicle was run down to 0 miles of fuel and repeatedly attemped to be started. I take maintenance and guest experience seriously and will continue to keep my vehicles in a strong working condition!
