Not a good experience - can’t recommend. The car had multiple warning lights on including breaks and emission systems. The car was very shaky on startup and didn’t feel right. It randomly shook and there was something off about the breaking system. We were super uncomfortable and just praying it didn’t break down on us. We were 3 hours outside of Boston so there wasn’t much we could do. If we were in Boston I would have returned same day. The host was also a pain to deal with. He called me as I was checking in to tell me about the engine and break lights and that I shouldn’t worry about it which was pretty sketchy. He then called me 2x and texted and messaged me in the app 3x to change the drop off location for reasons that were unclear and seemed honestly sketchy. I changed it so he would stop messaging me.

We've never once had anything less than a 5 star on this car. It's routinely maintained and inspected. These lights come and go, unfortunately, but we will investigate further to make sure this does not happen again. Had you mentioned any of this, we would've gladly put you in another vehicle. When it comes to communication, we find it super sketchy, on your part Timothy, to not pick up several attempts to contact you on one of our busiest weeks to be best prepared for your return.
