I have renting from them before never had an experience like I had today. It was raining super hard after I drop my daughter off to school. I decided to turn on the defroster and use heat.. I happen to look over and there it was a baby mouse was crawling around on the passenger side floor talking about scared that is my biggest fear. I had to return the car. They did come pick it up, but it’s definitely was an inconvenience for me because I had a doctor appointment also I got the renter so I could be able to go back-and-forth while my car is in the shop ,that I couldn’t proceed to. any other time I have had an amazing experience with them, but this time was not so good. Never had this happen to me so all I say is don’t turn on the heat it might come out.
Unfortunately, none of this appears to be true. We immediately picked up the vehicle and took it to an exterminator. After two days, nothing was ever found in the vehicle. I believe the guest just simply wanted a one day rental when we do not offer a one-day rental. I think this was her way of getting a one-day rental.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. These people are scam artists. The car that I rented from them was not as described. You’re expected to use a steering wheel lock when you park, which okay, I’ve never seen that before for a RENTAL..? The front tire was bald, evidence of needing an alignment and neglect to be serviced before my trip, AS TURO REQUIRES.
The oil change sticker was 10,000 miles past due. The interior was torn up and there was a foul smell in the car.
They wanted me to take time out of MY DAY after paying for the convenience of having a rental, to take the car and get the tire fixed MYSELF.
This wasn’t an issue that just arose, this was neglect and willingly renting out and unsafe vehicle and falsely promoting it as something it is not.
Then the owner came and picked up the unsafe car, but tried to charge me for a fee for improper return! They are money grabbers that do not care about people at all.
Do not rent this car.
Guest was virtually impossible to work with. We made every possible effort to try to accommodate this guest. She wasn't interested in any solutions. She only wanted a discount. She complained about the vehicle and then on the day before it was scheduled to be returned. She said she wanted to extend the reservation. We declined as we just simply wanted to get our vehicle back and separate ourselves from this toxic situation. Certainly not a guest that we will do business with in the future.

Nice clean car rides smooth but the cooling system didn’t work and it was hot this past week. Other than that the car is really good on gas.
Rhonda had the car for 3+ days and never called to say there was an issue. We would have taken car of the AC if she had just reached out. - It was working fine when we checked out the car. We an issue comes up please reach out to the host.
