Had to rent a car while mine was being repaired. The Prius was absolutely not up to standard, gas mileage and acceleration issues as well as preexisting damage to the front bumper due to low suspension which is a safety concern! The renter accused me of causing this damage when the car was already in poor condition. Learned my lesson not to rent from bigger rental companies, will continue renting from private owners with fewer cars.
