This simplicity helps keep it mechanically reliable and running smoothly. • For your safety and security, the car is equipped with tracking technology (such as an airbag tracker) to help locate and retrieve the vehicle in case of theft or an accident. • NO SMOKING is allowed in the car. • The vehicle is not to be used for ride-sharing services like Uber, Lyft, or for delivery services like Uber Eats.

Once you enter Hollywood RV Park (address provided by Turo), immediately on the left, park in one of those parking spots in the middle in front of the office, don’t park any other than in these parking spots. I will let you know if I can meet to deliver the key in person. If not, you will pick up the car using the lockbox - the key will be in a lockbox on the left back window. To ensure you are at the vehicle picking it up, please send me a picture of you in front of the car. Then, I will text you the code to open the lockbox. Follow these directions after you receive the code. Directions for using the KeyGuard Pro (for both pick-up and drop-off): To open: 1. Press the Clear button (bottom middle of the keypad). o Note: You must press the clear button each time you use the key box, whether opening or closing. 2. Enter the combination/passcode I send. 3. Pull down on the open tab (big black tab on top). 4. Pull the KeyGuard off the window and store it in the car.

Again, another AMAZING 5 STAR ⭐️ trip with Rina and Lelend! We are always so excited and honestly, we only rent from them from now on! They are the absolute BEST! Their kindness goes above and beyond and have always been there to help us if we need a ride home or to extend our trip and we are so grateful that we found these two. 🤍🙏

⭐️ 5 STARS for the Gas Prices and the Mileage is AMAZING in their prius! You can’t ever go wrong with a hybrid! We only had to fill up ONCE our entire week+!
⭐️ 5 STARS for the BEAUTIFUL interior (it literally still looks and smells brand new) as well as the exterior! The car is absolutely gorgeous with the black on black and the red stitching and accents are my all time fav!😍
⭐️ 5 STARS for the ACCESSIBILITY! Rina and Leland are right in Los Angeles and always willing to help when needed if one of their vehicles is available. You can’t beat their service ANYWHERE in Los Angeles!
⭐️ 5 STARS for the surprisingly roomy interior considering the Prius’ small compact size, which makes it SO much easier to find parking pretty much anywhere in LA! (I would give 5 stars alone for just that! If you’re from Los Angeles you know how hard it is to find parking, but their Prius-C fits pretty much ANYWHERE!)
⭐️ 5 STARS for always going ABOVE & BEYOND, Rina is always sure that our bookings with her vehicles are extremely convenient from beginning to end.
