This is the worst experience I ever had, the car has scratched every where and a lot of dent a least 3 after I took those pics of the car he unlocked the car for me that where got me “ shock” there were a lot dog hairs all over the place on the back and front seat and there is no floor mat but the carpet it was so so so dirty (look like chip all over the floor)when I started the engine guess what the tire pressure light went ON and while I was on the phone with Turo I saw the driver door can’t even fully close (broken or some kind of accident happened in the past)its has a little gap you can even feel the wind blow on your face. before I called Turo, I called the car owner he said not a big deal just go the closer gas station check the tire pressure maybe put some air it should be fine. Please tell me what kind of service is that and I am not sure how people can give the car owner 4.7. This can cause people lives in danger situations not a funny thing beside ruin my thanksgiving holiday trip. I hope Turo consider this serious matter. If I can upload those pictures you will be surprised. I hope I can give -0 star

Worst. First. Experience. Ever. Absolute worst experience short of being actually abused / harmed. Major disappointment and hassle between the host's irresponsibility / character and Turo's primitive customer service system. First, host was 10 minutes late. I'm on a block next to the 110 freeway, standing in the sun waiting for this guy and he doesn't reply to messages. Car a disaster, big dents on 3 corners, crumpled front fender, taillight cracked, scratches (like keyed) everywhere. Dirty all over. Giant spray of thick sap over rear drivers side door. Sand in floors and cupholders, console, glitter (!), pet footprints, more sand on rear seats, smudgy windshield, spray of brown cappuccino (or blood, I dunno) spots all across headliner. While I start taking a picture the host runs off! Leaves the car parked across two driveways running, and bolts! WTA! Ignores messages that the car in unacceptable and I'm refusing it. App crashes the whole phone three times while on hold & uploading pics, draining battery with restarts. I drive home (3 miles round trip) to get a charging cable and head back to continue trying to get through. Finally, after 8 mins on hold, CS answers, puts me on hold 20 mins, then 25 mins with the emergency services rep who was fine within her scope, (thanks Yousra!) but since the app is dirt I have to email the pics, and then wait another 20 mins in the driveway. I locked the car, hid the key very well on his property, walked away and messaged the host to this effect. A block away, Yousra call back, tells me the host is actually the guy's brother, and he admits the car is a dirty damaged wreck, and they're banning the car. I'll get a full refund and $50 credit but seriously this doesn't cover leisure time wasted, and I still have to get a car for a family event this weekend. I go back and greet the bro and his lady, who look to be going out for the evening, and hand off the keys. This car is trash, the host and his bro seem to be a piece of work, and Turo's got some problems with quality and service.
