The car itself was fine. My experience was OK with several major exceptions: when I got the car it was already on "E" in terms of gas. We also found a Juul in the back seat which is frustrating since we use the car to drive our little kids, so not sure how thorough the clean-up was. before I was given the car. While Andrey was prompt in replying to emails during my rental period, when it came time to give the car back I was kept waiting HOUR AND A HALF past the scheduled delivery time and strung along with promises his assistant would be there "soon". I found out they were dealing with another car he is renting. I asked Andrey why he couldn't pick up his own car since I rented it from him and not his assistant but received no answer. Rather than offer to reschedule and take responsibility, his assumption was I would wait forever at his convenience.
