Contactless check-in & remote ID verification: • Upon pick up, the car will be parked near its home location. The exact location of the car will be given a few minutes before the start of the booking • Confirm to me that the vehicle has been found through Turo internal chat • Primary driver will need to verify their identity before being granted access to the vehicle by uploading three photos to the “Trip photos” section of the Turo app (instructions will be sent after the guest confirms that the vehicle has been found) • The car key will be placed inside the glove compartment in the protective pouch, the back pouch is how you should receive it and return it. Before starting and ending your trip contact host to remotely unlock the vehicle. ❗️ According to Turo's policy, access to the car cannot be granted before the start of the booking time _______________________ Contactless check-out: • Return the vehicle as close as possible to the original pick up location • Upon return, the vehicle must be parked in a legal parking space • Make sure to put the car key in the protective pouch, and then stash the pouch in the glove compartment on the passenger side. Please place key in furthest back pouch. • Go through the check-out process on Turo's app and let me know when you're done so I can lock the car immediately ❗️It will be your responsibility if: • the vehicle is ticketed for improper parking or towed within 3 hours of ending the trip as per your booking • the car key lost or stolen
