The whole transaction was smooth even from the very beginning. Jackie has been very helpful. It's my first time booking with Turo and this whole transaction really sets the bar high. Jackie kept in-touch even before my trip, to arrange the meet-up and just as quick as that, I was suddenly strolling Beverly Hills in a top down Mustang! The Mustang itself is nothing short of amazing! It is fuel efficient, even for its power and speed. Car is great and very well maintained. I received it ready for long drives! Full tank and ready to go. I also requested for a GPS and was handed a Garmin! Very easy to use! And because I'm a first timer, Jackie helped me with my booking. Flexible and understanding enough with changes. Overall experience with the Mustang is beyond words. Couldn't have been happier. Thanks!!

Jackie is an amazing host. Her and Rigo were able to communicate through the trip (even the hiccups) and made pick up and drop off very simple. The car was nice but turned to be somewhat difficult during the trip and costed more than expected. Overall experience 4/5. Would rent again from Jackie in a different vehicle!

The whole experience was amazing, I booked Jackie’s mustang for a week and it really made the trip! The communication was excellent the car was amazing. I was even able to extend the car for half a day since my flight had been cancelled. If I’m ever back in L.A I will definitely book this car again!
