Guidelines
By booking our vehicle, you are agreeing that you have read and accepted all Terms and Conditions below. • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition that it was received. If you can’t find a car wash/gas station, there is one conveniently located a mile away. • In the event that the vehicle has been returned without a full tank of gas, you are responsible for the actual gas bill + a $10 gas pumping service fee. • In the event that the vehicle has been returned dirty, a $25-50 cleaning fee will be imposed (as per Turo's cleaning policy), depending on how dirty it is. If you don’t have the time to clean the car, we advise that you opt in for our post-trip cleaning extra, which costs just $25. • No off-roading, any rock scuffs or scratches due to off-roading will be charged at renter's expense. • Smoking cigarettes and marijuana is STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the vehicle. Any violation of the smoking policy will be subject to a $250 fee. • The vehicle must be returned on time (as indicated on your booking reservation) as the next client is scheduled immediately after your drop off. Please plan on approximately 30 minutes to take care of vehicle maintenance duties as stated above, prior to returning our vehicle. We hope you enjoy our car as we work very hard to make your trip as convenient, pleasant and hassle free as possible and we look forward to see you renting our vehicles again.

Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. If car cannot be returned clean, we highly suggest to purchase the post-trip cleaning option.
Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
Car will usually come with a quarter tank of Unleaded 87 gas. Please return it at same fuel level. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.

He charge me $50 for a sock the was accidentally left behind. “CRUMBS” of bud that was on the ground. We followed the agreement and did not smoke in the car. The car does not send like marijuana. I think he’s unfair and unreasonable.

Hi Jacqueline, we are sorry that you feel this way. As stated in our FAQ area before you decided to rent out our vehicle ,”please make sure to return car in the same condition.” Unfortunately, you went against the guidelines and were charged appropriately. If smoke was detected, a 250$ charge would have been reached out to you. Not to mention you left the car parked half way in the street, and didn’t leave any photos on check out. Still, we are always open to allow you to rent with us.

The car was clean and the communication was smooth. The car however does make a loud noise and vibration while driving. But that’s is normal according to the host. Pick up and drop off was easily done at the host home address nearby LAX.

Hey Mr.N, and again, thank you for renting with us. I remember when you had messaged us with this concern and we notified you that this is a common sound amongst all vehicles. This is called a cold start, and due to winters weather it became more prominent. Subsides after driving 10 mins around town. Hope this clarifies your issue and hope to rent to you again, thank you.

Anthony & his car were great!! The car was safe, secure, and he had it in perfect condition when we began our trip. Anthony was communicative throughout the process and helpful. He placed great care into getting the car ready for us and even had hand sanitizer, an extra mask, and trash bags available in the car for us to use. The car was exactly as described and was so fun to drive! We definitely had an extra great time since we had his car and we will definitely book again whenever we’re in the area!

Anthony was great! He put water bottles, hand sanitizer, and face masks for us! He reached out to us, to make sure everything was going smoothly during our trip. Amazing service! Definitely would recommend and rent again!
