Guidelines
We deliver our vehicles washed and vacuumed and ask that they be returned washed and vacuumed. If you do not have time to wash it, you can pay a $25 washing fee. The vehicle will be provided to you with a full tank of gas and we ask that you return the vehicle with a full tank. Return the vehicle at or before your trip's end time. (If you need an extension please request it through the app to avoid any additional charges.) Smoking or animal hair in the vehicle will result in a cleaning fee.

First of all.. THE CUTEST CAR! It was such a treat to get to drive a Fiat. It brought back memories from when I was child and my Dad had a 68' 850 and then a 79' 128 ... With that said. Thank you Allen for the wonderful experience. It was a quick and easy transaction. Great little car.

Allen was very helpful in having me extend my car usage for the extra days my car was in the shop! I would totally book this car again in the future! Allen was very easy to work with. Until next time!

TL;DR: Cute car, poor maintenance. Although I appreciated the owner’s ability to promptly replace my dead battery, yesterday, I had to request to return the car early & receive a refund. I had made him aware of the issue of the failing battery upon discovering it & instead of investigating it further, he insisted that it was something to do with alternating the keys I used to drive (having to do with the TURO app, not the battery/starter/engine). I was fortunate that the battery died while I was in a residential area & able to get assistance from neighbors, requiring jumper cables (which he does not supply in the trunk). I had to drive 46 miles back into Burbank, abandon my work post, & relinquish my hours of overtime, which I rely on to cover the cost of my travels. Second-guessing my instincts about the battery cost me two days worth of work (while on a Federal assignment, I had to request the day off, today, to reorganize my transportation) and the gas it took to commute from Ontario to Burbank, and back to Los Angeles. More importantly, it was a risk to my safety. Had the battery died while I was in traffic, I would have been stranded. Had the battery died in a more remote location, I may have been in danger. This is a risk I am unwilling to take again, renting thru Turo. This is a cute vehicle but for the listed price, it is not cost-effective for my current needs nor is it reliable, in its current condition.
