Guidelines
NO SMOKING NO PETS The charge in the amount of $250 will be applied if food stains, pet hair or strong odors are found in the car. Please, do not use any kind of air fresheners. UPON RETURN: - Please, return the car with a full tank and provide receipt (91 gas ONLY) as it was delivered to you in the beginning of the trip. Otherwise you can choose to pay a $55 fee, save your time and I'll refuel it for you. - Please, wash and vacuum the vehicle upon return (hand wash only). If you are unable to do so, you can choose to pay $30 cleaning fee. - May you receive any tickets or tolls, please pay immediately. If I receive a ticket that occurred during your trip you will be charged the ticket amount plus $30 processing fee. - If you need to extend your trip, please do so in advance through the app. Late returns will be charged as follows: 30 min-1h59m: 1/2 the average daily trip price. 2 hours or more: average daily trip price for 1 day + $20 late return fee - No drifting, racing etc. Tire tread depth will be measured before and after each trip.

The car was in perfect condition when I received it. It had zero problems and it ran like it was brand new. It was the most amazing ride and I highly recommend renting this car from Yulia. Speaking of Yulia, she was extremely responsive to any sort of accommodations and she was very helpful if I had any questions during my time with the car! 10/10

Car was good but owner is not flexible at all. She will charge you for being late even after you let her know. She might have a lot of trips registered under her account but needs to learn to accommodate better. To whomever reads this, thank you for your time. Oh and by the way. If you ever rent this car, the car is beautiful enough to be on pictures in magazines, but it might as well stay like that because if ever a small pebble hits the undercarriage best believe that she will charge you for it. A whole $200 for it. Just a heads up. Thank you.

Please, reffer to Turo return policy, which states that the car should either be returned on time or the trip should be extended. Text "I will be late" and showing up 1 hour later is not falling under these two options. The wide scratch underneath the bumper was not caused by pebble but rather looked like the car was parked onto the curb. If you are familiar with the repair cost for a high-end cars, you should agree that $200 is more than a reasonable cost to repair a bumper.
