Sofia and Kuyon were perfect hosts. The other members on their team can learn from these two perhaps but I give a 5 star because the car was perfect and all communication with Sofia and Kuyon was exceptional. They were attentive, caring and understanding. They sent all necessary information and made sure I could collect the car without a problem. The only thing everyone should know is LAX has changed their rules and no one can rent right from the airport parking therefore you should anticipate 45 min to an hour to the parking lot where the car is.

Bluetooth always disconnects itself. Most of the issues affects the rating is the BMW features, including the battery capacity

This was my first experience using Turo and I do not travel much so I was a little apprehensive at first but I could not express how great and simple it was. I made a couple of rookie errors (flight changes/electric charging) and they thankfully worked with me. I definitely will always use them if I ever end up on the west coast again.
