Description

PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE PHOTOS. You’re looking at a garage-kept 2016 BMW M235i with low miles and performance upgrades galore. I want you to drive this car. She’s gorgeous. I mean, just look at her. She’s the kind of car that when you pull up to a venue, people outside say things like, “Nice car, ma’am” or “Sweet ride, sir”. The color combination is rare, with the Melbourne Red exterior matched with the Saddle Brown leather interior. It’s so nice that you’ll want to drive top-down to let the seats get their time in the sun. And you’ll get lots of opportunity here in Los Angeles, where it’s sunny almost every day and weather is always pleasant. I only drive with the top up on the rare occasion that it rains, and even then I push it to the last minute. And, yes, those are upgraded rims, replacing the standard 18s with 19” Black Satin BBSs, which give the wheel wells a sportier, more filled out look, while improving the car’s handling. Just like the shoes make the suit, the rims make the ride. And this baby girl RIIIIDESS. "Okay, okay, she’s a gorgeous red convertible in a city with weather that favors convertibles. Are good looks the only thing it has going for it?" What is that I hear you ask? You say you’re a real car enthusiast? You’re not the kind of person that will drive just ANY ol’ sports coupe just for the attention you’ll get? You want a car that looks good AND feels good to drive? Well, there are many other reasons to rent this BMW M235i. Here are 10 of them: 1. The car is the perfect size. It’s not so big and unwieldy as the M4 and it has more space and is more comfortable than the Porsche 718 S––but with similar performance to both. 2. Has been on Car & Driver’s “10 Best” list every year since the model came out. 3. THE M2 (BUT WITH A CONVERTIBLE!) If you’ve ever wanted to drive the BMW M2 but were as upset as I was that they DON’T OFFER IT IN CONVERTIBLE? Then this car gives you similar M2 performance with more and better options. (You can’t get that saddleback brown leather in an M2!) 4. Has the 2nd best handling car I’ve ever driven. (And the #1 best handling car cost $100,000 more!) 5. FAST BUT WON’T KILL YOU. Look, if you’re like me, then you like a car with a little “get-up-and-go”. Maybe A LOT. But sit behind the wheel of a Corvette C7 Z06 and you feel like you may die every time you press down on the gas. It’s a thrill but maybe too much for a daily driver. This BMW M235i gives you the aggression and handling of a supercar without the Fear of God. It’s fast without the fear. It’s fast and it’s fun. It’s fast fearless fun. 6. You feel like a boss every time you get out of the car. 7. You feel like a boss every time you get in the car. 8. The convertible. 9. The M235i is a true driver’s BMW. Whether you're looking for the renowned agility, sportiness, and safety that BMW is known for, or a high-performance thrill ride for the weekend, the M235i is yours. 10. Carmakers all put a lot of emphasis on connectivity these days, touting the so-called connected car, providing access to Twitter or Facebook or other compelling diversions. The M235i delivers the kind of connectivity that we still prioritize over everything else—the connection between car and driver. . . . So go ahead and book now. She'll be waiting for you––clean and ready.
