Roomy on the inside but compact enough to fit in most any parking space. A fun ride, perfectly suited to getting around the Bay Area. No smoking car, please return car with a full tank of gas and clean for the next renter. Thank you!

Guidelines

Gas: Gas is not included with your rental. The gas tank will be full when you pick up the vehicle. Please return the vehicle with a full tank of gas. Be sure to take photos showing the gas and mileage before and after your trip. Missing Gas: If you do not have time to fill up the tank upon return, Turo will charge a fee in addition to the missing portion of gas. A $10 inconvenience fine plus cost of gas will be added to your bill if we have to fill the tank at the end of your trip. Toll: For tolls, you can prepay the toll, pay cash (at toll plaza) or go through Fastrak. If you go through Fastrak with our vehicle, you will be billed for the toll. If you do not use Fastrak, please keep the receipt. If you do not inform us about toll crossings through Turo messages, Turo will charge a fee in addition to the cost of the toll. Please let us know via Turo Messenger with the tagline "I had X tolls crossings for this trip" so we can take care of these tolls in an efficient manner. Fastrak Account—when you cross the toll plaza the System will scan the car’s license plate and then subtract our bank. If you decide to use this feature, please keep track all the toll amounts. PLEASE...PLEASE...remember, text us the tolls $ right away after the trip is complete, so we can bill you through Turo’s app. Your understanding and cooperation are really appreciated. Tickets: You are responsible for all tickets during your rental AND for 24 hours following the rental period. If you incur a ticket, we will pay off the ticket for you and Turo will charge a fee in addition. You may elect to pay off the ticket on your own. Damage/Accident: Please notify us of any damage or accidents that happen during your rental. We appreciate your honesty and will work with you to solve the problem. Cleanliness: Please return the car in as-good or better condition than when you borrowed it. No smoking or pets please, thanks! If you do smoke or have pets in the vehicle, Turo will charge a large fee. Only named drivers on rental can drive the car. Add as many Turo authorized account holders as you wish to the rental at no extra charge but no others may drive even if they're licensed to drive. Pickup and return within the rental times only. If you're running late for pickup, let me know and I'll make arrangements for key handover. Late return is never ok, take it for granted you will be stuck in traffic in the Bay Area, it is not an acceptable excuse for a late return and you will be charged the late return fee of $50 per hour. To avoid this, allow extra time for your trip and it's fine to return the car early if your trip finishes before rental end time. Most importantly, please communicate any delays, safely, do not text and drive so I know you have not been in an accident.
