A/C DIDN’T WORK on a 90 degree weather day, which total ruined my daughter’s PROM experience as well as her friends. Owner had no remorse or never apologized for the mishap, just stated for me to return the car within a hour which wasn’t possible as we had timeline commitments and we were over a hour away, which would’ve impacted her whole day even more. Money spent on hair and makeup on a sweltering hot day for a sweaty sticky ride. There’s no way that AC was checked before I picked it up that day. Bad business, and even worse memories for my daughter and her friends.

#2) He was offered a FULL refund to just bring the car back since he stated his experience would be ruined
#3) He was given an hour to bring the vehicle back because he had just checked in 25 minutes prior
#4) The notion that we were aware of the broken A/C is ludicrous, you can all see the previous review is from a gentlemen that returned just prior to this trip, and there’s 5 star reviews throughout the month.
#5) The shop stated this guest caused the issue !
