I typically do not give 1-star ratings. However, it really needs to be disclosed that along with the airport pick-up fee, an additional fee is to be paid to exit the parking structure. I've rented via Turo more times than I can count, picked up via the airport and never once have I had to pay an additional fee to leave the airport. In Turo's policy, the airport fee is paid via Turo which covers airport parking within the provided timeline. To tell a customer to deal with Turo was very unprofessional and highly dismissive. Not the greatest business practice. Also, texting the customer pre-rental tips after they've checked-in and are already driving probably isn't the greatest idea either. Just a few tips for better business practice.
