I have booked the vehicle 3 times - this was the third trip. My second booking in March, I left a review stating the vehicle needed tire service. At 60 mph the steering wheel shakes as if it needs a wheel alignment, balance or something. I thought this would have been addressed. It was not. For this trip, the same problem with the wheels persist making the ride rough on the freeway. In addition, the non-smoking stickers on the dashboard cover the lights. The check engine light is on, and more than likely has been on since my second trip. I only noticed this time because the car began to run hot and my mother, the passenger said hey the check engine light has been on too, you just can’t see it because that no smoking stickers. The oil capacity light came on stating the vehicle had 14% oil life. Sure enough the check engine light was on, car overheated once, low oil light and tire issue caused anxiety the rest of what was supposed to be a family trip. We were concerned if we’d make it back without the vehicle breaking down. I had to lower the stars for this review because this vehicle is not being serviced as it should be. 1st trip was great, 2nd tire issue left in reviews, 3rd clearly demonstrated the vehicle is not being properly serviced. Pick up and drop offs are easy but renting vehicles should allow for a peace of mind. Please service this vehicle and refer to my review in March 2025.
