Pick up was super easy and Jorge was very sweet especially when he realized we both spoke Spanish. The car was easy to drive and clean. Only issue was during drop off, it looked like someone was parked in the spot where I picked up the car and when I tired to call Jorge, he was not responsive which made me a bit anxious about where to leave the car. Ultimately we parked it on the side street and crossed out fingers that it was okay to do so. If he could be more attentive during drop of time, I would’ve given him the 5 stars. I would still book with him again though!
