If you need anything, feel free to ask, and I will do my best to accommodate. I will deliver the vehicle in accordance with Turo's cleaning and disinfection policy. Vehicle is expected to be returned in the same state as it was received. As a friendly reminder, please take note of the following during your trip: - I don't mind pets in the vehicle, but please ensure there is no evidence left behind. Excessive pet hair may result in an additional cleaning fee. Dog hair can be so hard to remove, so I recommend putting a towel or blanket down. - Please do your best to keep the car clean, but rest assured knowing that I have an unlimited car wash membership and I wash between each trip. So no need to take it to the car wash if it has your standard level of dust and dirt. However, excessive dirt, mud, sand, and/or stains will result in additional cleaning fees. - I will attempt to have the vehicle delivered with at least 180 miles of EV range. Please return the vehicle with the same EV range as you received to avoid a flat fee charge, or purchase the prepaid EV recharge extra for the convenience of returning without recharging. Please recharge to at least 150 miles of range to avoid recharging fees. - If you use any toll roads or bridges during your trip, no worries. You can either leave cash in the vehicle or I will just invoice you once I receive the toll notice in the mail. Turo has a strict insurance policy that ends when your trip ends. If you need more time, please notify me. Keep in mind the time it takes to recharge your rental vehicle when planning to arrive at your return time. Not notifying me before your scheduled return time may result in fees listed under Turo support: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990780-Fees-fines *** Late Return *** If you want to extend your trip for several hours, you can just modify the time through Turo dashboard BEFORE the trip ended. Or message me on Turo to see whether the car is OK for a slightly late return (This is to protect you as Turo insurance is only effective during the rental periods). Tesla mobile access should not be disabled at any time. If for any reason you must disable this, please notify me first. If the Tesla Mobile access is disabled, valet mode will be enabled, and the vehicle will be reported stolen to local law enforcement. You will be responsible for all fees as a result of this. No smoking in the car please. Violators will be subject to fine up to $250 based on Turo fees & fines policy. ***USB Drive*** Please do not remove or displace the USB drive as it is used to record for potential accidents and break-ins for the duration of the trip. Any violation or misplacement of the USB will result in a $50 fine. *** Accident and Unexpected Issue *** For accident, collision and other: If there's human body injuries, call 911. To solve any issue about the car, call 24/7 roadside support [Number redacted for privacy and security] immediately.

• How do I supercharge?

  The Tesla navigation system tells you when and where to supercharge. In the Sacramento area, there are stations located in Folsom, Rocklin, Elk Grove, and Sacramento. Supercharging is automatically charged to the credit card I keep on file, so you will be invoiced for the cost of any supercharging. The rate is $0.38 per kWh, with the cost of a full charge typically running about $20. Once supercharging is completed, please exit the charging station immediately, as there is a $1 per minute idling fee if you remain parked at the charging port after charging ends. You will be responsible for and will be invoiced for any idling fees incurred. These guidelines only apply at Tesla Superchargers. You can also charge at non-Tesla branded chargers, many of which are free. Many of these use a different type of charging port, so there is an adapter included for this in the center console. You can search for chargers through the touchscreen (try a voice command "Where is the nearest charging station?") or I also recommend downloading the Plug Share app.

• Should I charge overnight?

  If you have access to an electrical outlet or charging station, it is a great idea to charge overnight. I do require that you return the car with at least 150 miles of range. Charging via a standard electrical outlet will provide about 3-6 miles of charge per hour of charging. If you will have access to an outlet to charge overnight, please let me know so I can include the charging cable for you. Do not allow the car's range to drop below 15 or 20 miles, as you may risk a costly tow. You are responsible for the cost of towing if you run of out charge.
