Seats 5 people comfortably with ample trunk space for luggage. ‼️PICK UP & DROP OFF INFO‼️ ✈️ LIH Airport: Shuttle is included under the $25 Hawaii Operations Fee which is charged by Turo NOT me as a host, I offer free delivery to the lot. Shuttle runs from 7am-10:45pm and runs every 20-25 minutes. Shuttle drops you off & picks you up at the Kukui Grove Center Turo Lot. I will send out a link with detailed instructions once booked. *If your trip is outside of shuttle operating hours, pick up and drop off for home location is recommended* 🏠 Home Location: Picking up at our home location entails your own Uber, Taxi, or Lyft from the airport and back. 🚫Pick up and drop offs made directly on airport property is ILLEGAL and will result in heavy fines🚫 🌺 More details will be given upon booking. Guidelines
No pets No smoking No excess sand No off roading of any sort (for your safety and the car) This car is equipped with a GPS tracker. Please do not tamper or remove device from the vehicle. Vehicle must be returned in the same condition that you received it, per Turo guidelines. Undamaged, clean, and full tank of gas (unless purchased extras). A $150 cleaning/disinfecting fee will be charged for upholstery cleaning, spills, stains (irresponsible cleaning) and a $250 fee for smoke removal along with Turo’s $25 admin fee. A $250 fee regarding negligence will be added on if off-roading is detected along with Turo’s admin fee. We ask that you care for the car as if it is your own & drive with caution for the safety of yourself, your family, and others on the road. Mahalo!

Car had many damaged. Security key box was different for us to lock due to no instructions at returning.

The damage you are referring to is the wear and tear that happens from renting our car out for the past 3 years and our guest prior to your trip who did not take care of our car and awaiting the fix. I do provide instructions how to open the lockbox in pick up instructions but can add it again for check out. Mahalo 👍

Felt the transmission could have been a bit smoother in the lower range - made slow, smooth acceleration more difficult.

Aloha Pam, I am glad we could provide you with a clean, ready to go car with great A/C for the island heat. This car is a 2018 and one of the quirks of being an older car are those little things like you e mentioned. We do maintain the car consistently and make sure breaks are checked regularly.
