Thank you for letting us know you enjoyed the car. We take vehicle maintenance very serious and perform thorough checks before every trip. When we dropped off the car, the tire pressure was at normal levels. Unfortunately, a screw in the tire can occasionally happen while driving, though we understand it’s an inconvenience. It’s sadly uncontrollable, especially with muddy terrain.
We appreciate you reaching out to us so promptly about the issue.
