Pick up the vehicle from the Ahukini Flats airport parking lot. It is about a five-minute walk from the airport terminal. We'll send you more details after your trip is booked.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND (Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Weed/Cannabis/Marijuana etc) inside the car. If the car is returned with smoke scent, there will be a minimum of $250 charge to send it for smoke scent removal. Please pay attention to all parking signs to avoid getting violation notice. Ticket violations need to be paid when you return the vehicle. If you don’t pay violation notice I will add to reimbursement request and a processing fee will be added. We do not allow pets in the vehicle due to severe allergies of other guests. Thank you for your understanding. Finally please note that we do have an AirTag in the vehicle so if you have an iPhone you may receive a notification. We use this when guests cannot find the vehicle and drop a pin to help them locate it.

• Do you have car seats available?

  Yes - We have access to a large selection of quality baby gear at great prices. All the items are properly cleaned, sanitized, and safety-checked before delivery. We can have the car seats installed upon pickup and can even deliver the other baby equipment to your lodging. Please message me after booking with the details of what you need and I'll get back to you with a quote for providing these services. We can provide equipment for sleeping, eating, safety, strollers, car seats, and beach play. Items do sell out, so the more advance notice we have, the more likely we'll be able to provide what you need.

• How does your shuttle service work?

  The Lihue airport does not allow for vehicles to be dropped off at the airport, but we can arrange to have you picked up through our shuttle service to be transported to the vehicle if you select the "one-way trip" extras. Please note that if you select "airport delivery", you will receive an additional airport delivery charge in your trip fees. If you want airport delivery, we highly recommend selecting our home location and then selecting the trip extras for shuttle service to/from the airport.

• Do you provide any beach equipment?

  Yes - We have access to a large selection of quality beach gear. All the items are properly cleaned, sanitized, and safety-checked before delivery. Please message after booking with the details of what you need and I'll get back to you with a quote for providing these services. We can provide beach chairs, umbrellas, shade canopies, coolers, life jackets, boogie boards, wagons, beach blankets, hiking backpacks, beach games, etc. Let us know what you're looking for and if we don't have it, we can probably find it for you. Items do sell out, so the more advance notice we have, the more likely we'll be able to provide what you need.
