Everything was good at first. The pick up was smooth to a degree. Everything was ok in my opinion up until the day the car was supposed to come back. The car's origanal time back was set for sat at 330 pm August 21st. In my line of occupation im an independent business contractor/ relocation specialist. So in short i do not work regular hrs like someone with a set schedule of a 9am to 5 pm job. My job is day labor and is on call sometimes and we don't have a set schedule like others...Sometimes things happen to make my job a little more difficult than others other than the furniture moving part. So basically on that day i had gotten call by one of my regular driver's saying he needed help today. So to keep good business i accepted the job..But to make things right on the trip side of things in regards to using the host car i notified the host and let her know what was goin on and why i was asking for an extension. Well here is the main part were i felt played or misused and or disrespected. So when i send the request for the extension the host in my opinion saw the $ amount and just hit accept. Problem was that the host didn't read anything until the extension was accepted then went back to re read what she had agreed to and then proceeded to try to make it seems as if she didnt accept the extension and not only that tried to have me bring the car back at an earlier time than what was said on the turo site which she agreed to. Now all of a sudden the host has an agenda of things to do and that she really needed her car back. But in my opinion this was her trying to pimp me out of the vehicle before said time on the reagreement set up thru Turo. In her defense i did offer her a different time and was trying to have some agreement on that.. An agreement of some kind was made but me being me i decided to look at my bank account and im missing $132. Which is a breach in the agreement. Because i had also said to her that i can come back at the new time that wasnt on the set time thru turo..she agreed but accepted the extension which makes the host a greedy person and not a speaker of the truth. Well i asked her about it and basically she was acting as if she didn't accept the extension but in all truth of the matter she did got my money and wanted her car back at a time that was good for her even if the time wasn't up on vehicle yet. So the host denied the transaction and said that it was Turo that did it... So after that was said and do i get a call from Turo. We talked and discussed what was going with the trip etc. And in conclusion the Turo CSR said i wasnt in the wrong in Keepin the vehicle til new set time that was agreed upon on turo. Didnt matter if the host read it and or not. After that the host wrote .e using cussing and even tried to threaten me with them calling the law it seemed. But in the court of law the turo app and what was agreed upon ny the host would have her looking silly because she made the deal...so like i said i felt i was getting taking advantage of it let them but im glad it is over and done with. Renter beware......

No I had specified in our messages back and fourth we discussed 6pm I never even seen the request until after we spoke about the matter so me giving the benefit of the doubt I figured the request was for the time we had agreed on only to find out it was 11pm!!! After that we spoke I said I accepted the request but seen it said 11pm and I can not do 11pm. There's no way he then asked if we could verbally agree to 6pm I said yes. I then called turo to see how I could get him refunded and the answe
