Turo applies late fees. -Exceeding the mileage included in your trip will result in an additional distance fee for each added mile driven. -Excessive speeding will make the reservation subject to cancellation. -Pickups and drop-offs are only between 8 AM and 8 PM local time. • How are charging and toll fees handled?

• How do I clean a Polestar?

  ✨Only use a hand or touchless car wash to clean the vehicle's exterior if needed. Do not go through a regular, machine operated car wash since this will scratch and damage the paint on the car. ✨Please return the car clean with no trash or significant dirt.

• How do I charge a Polestar?

  ⚡Simply enter your destination, or ask Google to 'navigate to the nearest charging station' — and if necessary, charging stops will be added to your route. ⚡️please download the “Plugshare” app and plan out your charging for your road trips. ⚡If using Chargepoint stations, navigate to a Chargepoint charging station, start charging through the Chargepoint app, plug in the cable, and you are set. ⚡Download the Chargepoint app to find the extensive list of Chargepoint charging stations and navigate to your desired charger from the vehicle's touchscreen. ⚡Learn more at https://www.chargepoint.com/resources/finding-charging-stations-chargepoint-app ⚡Alternatively, you can save time and make dropoff a breeze by adding the pre-paid EV charging Extra, which allows you to return the car without fully recharging. • How long does it take to charge the Polestar 2?

  As with any electronic system, there are multiple factors that affect charging speed like: - Battery Status of the car (empty vs. full): Charging from empty battery will (obviously) take longer than charging from half-full battery. - Maximum charging rate of the charging station: Charging speed is also limited by the maximum charging rate of the charging station you pick to charge at. As an example, charging at a charging station with a max charging speed of 150kW will charge the Polestar 2 from empty to full in about 25 minutes. Charging at a charging station with max charging speed of 22kW will take about 3.5hrs to fully charge from empty. And charging using your home wall outlet i.e. 3.5kW charging speed will take roughly about 20 hours to fully charge the car from zero.
