Enjoy a well maintained vehicle. Given the current state of emergency in the U.S. as a result of the COVID-19, your health and safety are important. Every trip booked with us, the car is cleaned. To comply with all CDC and local government rules and procedures, key handoff and car drop off are “non-contact.” Before your trip begins and before your trip is finished , you will receive detailed instructions for a smooth pick up and return . When checking out, please take a look at the following EXTRAS to save a great amount of time and money: Prepaid refuel, unlimited mileage and post-trip cleaning. It is strongly suggest you choose post-trip cleaning as an extra if you believe you won’t be able or won’t have the time to return the vehicle as clean as it was provided; otherwise a reimbursement for cleaning will be asked, if you smoke (prohibited by TURO),or leave pet hair. NOTE: During the National State of Emergency declared for the COVID-19, no extra cleaning fee will be charged in order to disinfect the vehicle. Make sure your driver license information matches the one in Turo; otherwise, I won’t be able to deliver the vehicle. Also, please read the guidelines before checking out to avoid surprises. WARNING: No smoking whatsoever. If you smoke you might be charged for cleaning and removing smoke odor.

Guidelines
No pets, no smoking or vaping period. 250 smoking fee. 200 for Any evidence of pets. We do charge late fees for anyone who is 30 minutes late for pick up or drop off without informing us. However you can take advantage of our post trip cleaning fee at discount of $35 which gives you the hassle free option not to worry about cleaning the car right before return. (This does not include stains, smoke or pet cleaning.) If not, return the car cleaned inside and out, vacuumed if needed, as well as full of gas upon return the car. If it’s not cleaned there will be a $ 65 fee added to your final bill.

This was my first time using Turo and i wasn’t sure what to expect. I had the absolute best experience! I am not sure if all host are like J Bey, but I lucked out! He was amazing. Gave instructions on how to go on about since I was new. Very responsive, helpful and extremely kind! I highly recommend this host! Not to mention the car was in pristine condition! Drove smooth and was absolutely an hour all amazing experience! I will be renting from again!
