I had read a previous review that spoke of issues and I wish I had believed it. So please read this review and realize they are not just a person complaining but are real. I drove this an another Miata back to back and the difference is shocking. DO NOT RENT! This vehicle is not as advertised. It had been in a fender bender recently, the front bumper shows the signs of damage. It also has signs of having been crashed more severely previously and not repaired properly. There was a faint smell of gas from time to time. The Suspension has some serious issues for only 35k miles and it is not only much rougher than it should be but it is also causes it to be unstable in turns. The rear passenger wheel was making a constant and annoying squeak (sound changed with speed). At least one if not more of the brake rotors is warped. The abs and traction control were not working. Yes the Trunk leaks, the owner washed it before I picked it up and after an hour driving I found my jacket that slipped below my bag soaked with water that had pooled at the bottom of the trunk.

All in all the car was great and Mustafa was polite. There were a few issues with the car, the biggest three were that it was not a smooth ride at all rather bumpy, the trunk leaked ruining some cardboard boxes containing a gift, and if you sat still in idle for more than a minute or two you started smelling gasoline.
