Can an additional driver be placed on my rental/trip?
Yes, but the additional driver has to have an active Turo account and he/she must be added to the reservation prior to picking up the vehicle. All parties that intend to operate/drive the vehicle must be present at the time of pickup. An individual(s) that is not listed on the reservation is considered an UNAUTHORIZED DRIVER(S).
Can I extend my rental if I need to keep the vehicle longer than initial reservation details?
Yes, however the extension must be performed/requested before the trip time ends.
Will a fee be assessed to my trip if I am late?
Yes. We provide you a 29 minute grace period. Once the trip has exceeded the grace period, then Turo will charge for the additional usage and any other related fees. Please be on time as we may have other travelers that may be in need of the same vehicle. Thanks for your assistance:)
Are pets allowed in the vehicle?
No. Pets are not permitted in the vehicle. We have a 100% pet free fleet. If evidence of a pet or pet hair is found in the vehicle, then you will be charged the maximum fee due to the violation.
Do I need to refill the gas tank before I return the rental?
Yes. It is recommended to return the vehicle back with the same fuel level as it was received. A Gas Service Fee will be applied to the trip when the vehicle is returned with less fuel. Thanks for your assistance.
Can I smoke in the vehicle?
No. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the vehicle. We have a 100% smoke free fleet. If evidence of smoking is found in the vehicle, then you will be charged the maximum fee due to the violation.
