Thank you for booking our car, the exact address will be provided once your booking is confirmed All our vehicles can be easily picked up anytime and access will be granted on the pick-up time specified in your Turo booking. You will find the keys in the glovebox, please return the car in the same area and leave the keys in the glovebox again before leaving.
Guidelines
To ensure a safe and pleasant trip, here are some reminders before we hand-off the vehicle: 1. Go to your Turo booking and upload a selfie holding your driver’s license as part of Turo’s verification requirement. We need this to confirm your license to drive so NO ID, NO booking. 2. Please upload pre and post trip pictures to document the car’s condition and odometer readings. 3. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the vehicle or a $50 fee will be charged after your trip (other guests are allergic or asthmatic) 4. Kindly return the car in the same condition as shown in the pre-trip pictures and with the same level of gas unless these bonus options were pre-selected. Otherwise, the following fees will apply: $150 cleaning charge, $40 refuel charge, $250 smoking/substance abuse violation 5. Please observe your allocated miles, any excess miles will be noted upon check-out. 6. Your Turo incident card can be found in the glove box for roadside assistance. Please report any accidents or damages IMMEDIATELY to Turo: (415) 965 4525. Any undeclared damages to the vehicle will have to be filed after your trip.

The car was canceled the day of my rental. They did get me another car, but I had to pay more money and wait two hours for it to be ready. I usually rent from Turo 3 to 4 times a month and have never had a problem. I really appreciate them trying to make sure I still have a car available. I will book again and hope to give you 5 stars in the future.
