EZ-Pass/Toll Transponder (ID # 01606230347). Tolls charged during your trip will be billed to your account after your trip has ended. Please do not pay tolls or carry individual transponders to avoid double billing. It is our goal to facilitate a hassle free car rental experience to individuals who are responsible while enjoying our vehicle. Please obey traffic laws to ensure the safety of yourself and others. Free delivery to BWI Airport Daily Parking Garage and BWI Airport Rail Station (airport parking fees apply up to $16 for the daily garage and up to $12 Rail Station). How to Select Delivery Location
Call Turo customer service to assist on this if not familiar with the app. Generally, you have to select/change pickup or delivery location to the one you want of the available delivery locations provided in the app or change reservation to change pickup/delivery location after booking the vehicle.
What Type of Gas Does the Car Take? Do I Need to Fill Up the Gas Tank Before Return?
Regular unleaded, we do ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return.
How Does Communication Work?
Turo does require all communication to be held in the Turo app and we do ask that you please adhere to this policy. By messaging here in the app you will get the quickest response. It is IMPORTANT that you download the Turo app and turn notifications on, otherwise you will miss important pieces of instruction for vehicle pick up.
Where is The Pick-Up Location?
The pick-up location is listed in the app on the trip details page with your reservation details
How Do I Add an Additional Driver?
Please contact Turo Customer Support as we do not provide Technical Support.
How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?
Yes, as a renter you are responsible for all toll charges during your trip. 2-3 days after each trip, I will go through and tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement.
Do I need to clean the vehicle before return?
All we ask is that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. We don't expect you to go out and detail the car before return, but we do appreciate the car being tidy upon return.

Audio: The car's USB data port (which can also be used for charging) and the Aux port are functional. However, no aux cable or the required Honda proprietary data cable is provided.
Bluetooth: The car has built-in Bluetooth, which eliminates the need for wired audio connectivity.
