A great all around general purpose good looking car. quiet, and solid on the road, Great for Business trips, enough trunk space for Vacations & Shopping trips and business baggages, Hotel stays, Attending concerts, sporting events, Conventions, meetings & conferences. FEW RULES (1) NO SMOKING (of anything), this includes marijuana. If the vehicles smells of any kind of smoking, you will be fully responsible for all decontamination cost (up to$250). Can burn holes in seats & console. (2) NO PETS. We ask this to avoid issues with allergies. Any pet hair found in vehicles may have additional fees. (3) Turo App recommened or you can use a browser. For all of our bookings, we do require that you have access to the Turo on a smartphone during your rental. It's needed for communication as well as Trip Photos. (5) Please check the mileage at start as each vehicle has different mileage allotments per trip depending on how long your trip is. She said I scratched up the tires when it was clearly dust from the road. She also said I had to return the car clean, so I did but then she said I had to wash it at the car wash. The car was perfect. Her service was ok.

The car drives very well. After booking with delivery fee of $40, the host reached out and told me I should take a lyft instead because they’ll have to charge me for the cost of the lyft they need to take in order to drop the car off and pick it up. I advised that I was charged $40 for pick up. I did think it was a weird request to send to someone, as if she’d be adding on the cost of her lyft to and from the delivery location to the $40. I told her I am currently wfh, and scheduling in the middle of a work day because I had plans immediately following. I couldn’t leave to take a lyft to her location. The weirdest part is that the same car that picked her up, dropped her off for pick up and waited while we went through check out. She made sure to tell me that was her lyft. She also told me I drove a far distance(I never left town to n. Las Vegas) and didn’t wash the car. Winds are an upwards of 30mph today with the California smoke in our air. There’s an air quality warning. I noticed after check in that the interior was a little dirty, there were crumbs under the parking/emergency hand break. The car didn’t seem to be washed prior to delivering it, so it was a little interesting that she would complain about it not being washed for pick up. I usually wash all of the rentals, unless it’s raining or otherwise not going to be long-lived(i.e ash and dust in the air.) All in all, I would rent the car again, if, not one but two conversations with the host hadn’t left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

The pick up location was a little strange as I was not sure how to get through the gate at first because it was not a regular entrance to a gated community. You had to enter through the side door/gate with the code and it was behind an office supply store. My Uber driver waited for me as he was concerned about my safety due to the pick up location. There was also a foul body odor in the car that I did not pick up until I started driving. When first inspecting/initial walk through, windows were down and AC was on which masked the scent. The car had not been washed on the outside, however, was not excessively dirty. Inside was clean and everything worked properly. Host was responsive when messaged and on time for pick up and drop off. The only reason I would not rent this car again would be due to the smell. Every time I got out, I worried that I smelled of bad body odor from the scent rubbing off while driving.
