As mandated by Turo and local Airports, Your Vehicle Pick-up and Return will take place at airport designated parking lot only. Effective July 2024, Turo no longer permits vehicle deliveries to airport terminals in Las. Vegas. For airport deliveries, the vehicle will be dropped off at the airport's Turo designated remote parking lot, located at 7156 Gilespie St Las Vegas, NV 89119 (Across from the Rent-A-Car Center). The airport will provide a free shuttle to the remote parking lot. Additional instructions will be provided prior to the start of your trip. Guests are accountable for the remote parking lot fee during pick up. Parking ticket will be left inside the vehicle. Guests are responsible for parking fee at pick up when exiting the lot. Guest will not be responsible for parking fee when vehicle gets returned. Airport deliveries are typically completed within 3 hours of the trip start time, with efforts made to coincide with the start of the trip as closely as possible. Supercharging locations are easily found in the cars navigation system, please be aware supercharging cost & fees will be applied at end of trip. The vehicle should be returned with the same level of charge it had upon delivery. We also provide an option for you to prepay for your charging needs. If you choose to use that option please return the car with no less than 20 miles of range. If vehicle is returned uncharged, you will receive an invoice for a recharging fee based on the difference between the vehicle’s pre-trip battery level and the post-trip battery level. Turo automatically applies a $10 convenience fee to post-trip recharging invoices. If a guest returns an EV with a battery level under 20%, a $20 low battery level fee will apply. EV hosts can also invoice guests for idle fees and Tesla Supercharger costs (idle fees and congestion fees). Eligible battery level charges 0%--10% battery difference = Not eligible for reimbursement 11% – 30% battery difference = $5* 31% – 60% battery difference = $15* 61%– 80% battery difference = $20* 81%+ battery difference = $25* *** SUPERCHARGER NOTICE**** Please note that if you are using a Tesla Supercharger the vehicle will revert to 80% charge limit. If you need more than 80% please adjust accordingly. Please move the vehicle once charging is complete. The vehicle will incur an idle fee for every additional minute a vehicle remains connected to the Supercharger. If the vehicle is moved within five minutes, the fee is waived.
